Valentines Day. It ended much earlier and to be honest I have nothing worth sharing at all at the moment regarding the day except for a few stories here and there. The restaurants were flooded with the air of love. Back on my desk I just did a search on Facebook for the Valentines Day and the leader was the Valentine’s Day Application followed by Love Sucks at number three.
The Valentine’s Day application had over 890,783 monthly active users and is quite an active one. I was pretty glad it had a last wall post stating that there can be any day to show how much you care about the person close to you.
The other one is the opposite that wants everyone to find a reason to hate February 14, Valentine’s Day: Love Sucks.. Eat Pancakes. And it is pretty active with over 719,400 fans. While I can’t generalize anything, in my opinion it shows that there is enough reason to hate Valentine’s Day as much as there are reasons to anxiously wait for it.
I seriously find the reason to celebrate the day pretty senseless. Not that I have grudges but I have come across people who show and express love on this day alone or find this date to be a reason to express their feelings. What you d you think about Valentine’s Day? How did you spend it?
