Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Network Equipment Technologies third quarter fiscal 2011 conference call. My name is Jonathan, and I will be your operator for today. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. We will be conducting a question-and-answer session towards the end of this conference. Thank you. Welcome everyone to our call this afternoon during which we will discuss results for Network Equipment Technologies third quarter of fiscal 2011. With me today are Nick Keating, President and CEO; and David Wagenseller, Vice President and CFO.
