Fan controller not reading full speed.

Using lamptron fc5 v24 channel 30 watt per channel
running 18 ap-15's on them3x 360 rads in push/pull
10 fans on one channel 4 on another and 4 on another channelleft last channel for case fans
anyways, one channel reads 1810 rpm, another 1750 rpm and the last reads 1730 rpm.
