Adzerk is in the midst of closing a
$650,000 seed round from a mix of institutional and angel investors to build a "next generation" ad serving platform that includes features like real-time reporting, ultra-fast ad serving and network building support.
The company is raising seed capital from

Zach Weinberg, former Accipiter CEO and GM at Microsoft Brian Handly, Halogen Networks'
