Yelp Hires CFO From Move, As It Eyes IPO

San Francisco-based Yelp, the local business and restaurants review site, said Thursday that it has hired Rob Krolik as CFO of the companyKrolik was CFO of publicly held Move, based in Campbell, California.
Jeremy Stoppelman, CEO of Yelp pointed to Krolik's "track record as a successful public company CFO" in his selectionKrolik has also served at eBay, where he was VP Global Finance Operations of eBay Marketplaces and the interim CFo of eBay Germany; he also has served as CFO of Shopping.com, where he oversaw its IPO and subsequent sale to eBay..
