Having second thoughts about my PSU

Today after I quit TF2 after several consecutive hours of gaming, I noticed my PSU fan working pretty hard, definitely making a lot of noise At the time my CPU was OC'd to 4.4 on about 1.34v
I'm a little concerned now, since it seems like if a load on just my main graphics card and CPU is....
