Everything is hot! Whats wrong?

hey there
2 or 3 days ago i oced my cpu to 3ghz, increased voltage by a little (but that doesnt matter THAT much) and changed power supply (from deer 400w to corsair 650w)
since yesterday (or just today morning) my cpu (no way it could be psu) fan is pretty loud
its @ 7000rpm no matter what,....
