The marina we stayed in for the last month is pretty pricy so we decided to move the boat to another marina in the neighborhoodWhen we left, the weather was very nice, sunshine and no windAs we were approaching the marina the wind picked up suddenly.

I raised my head and saw a big black cloud over our head and we didn't even know when it moved hereThe marina we were moving to doesn't have floating docks and the docks are very shortWe didn't prepare enough dock lines to tie the boat by four corners so it took us quite a while to tie the boat down.

The dock is so short that the fenders didn't work at allWe learnt a lesson the we always need to have enough dock lines ready when we get into a dockThere are a lot of big boats around us and most of the owners live aboard.

They told us it is a very friendly marina so that is good
