McCormick, a provider of spices, seasoning mixes, condiments and other products, announced it will launch its first retail store. McCormick World of Flavors will open this summer at the
Harborplace in Baltimore, Maryland.
The 3,800-plus square-foot center will showcase the McCormick product range with sections focusing on cooking, baking and grilling. The store will carry popular McCormick brands, including Grill Mates, Lawry's, Zatarain's and Old Bay.
The store will include a cooking demonstration area where McCormick's own chefs and celebrity chefs will make meals using McCormick flavors. The store will also provide interactive displays. The displays will allow shoppers to determine their personal flavor profile or chart the origins of spices. The store will also contain gift packages, special cooking items and signature products.
