We are still hanging out in Kuna Yala land-the local name of the San Blas Islands We have been here 3 weeks now and while we feel like we are in a tropical paradise, we are definitely in an internet hell.

You would think of the 364 islands in this archipelago we would have found more than one with an internet connection, but that is what it is so far We traveled over to Nargana a few days ago, one of the islands with a larger population, in search of stores, laundry, a place to dump our garbage and possibly internet.

We did manage to buy some fresh fruits and veges, get 5 loads of laundry done and get rid of 3 bags of garbage, but the internet was not working Garbage disposal is quite a problem here in the islands as is evident all along the coast line.

We were told to either find a place to burn the garbage ourselves or make sure whoever we gave it to would be burning it We were assured by the person we found to do it that he would burn it
