Step 6: Run “chmod +x ./ && sudo ./” and enter your password. Parallels Desktop is subscribed/activated and ready to use.

Step 7: Install any OS you want to use.

Alert: If you see any error on Terminal like “error 1 at line 94”. Dont worry. Open the System setting and search ‘App Management.’ On the right side, enable all the permissions for Terminal and redo all the steps from Step 6.
